1 . Price quoted Is subject to stock availability and may change without prior notice.
2. Title does not pass from Sportex Clothing until payment has been received in full. Until title has passed to the purchaser, Sportex Clothing reserves the right to enter the purchaser’s premises, or it’s agent or customer to repossess all or part of the goods, without prejudice to any other legal remedy available to them.
3. Payment strictly net 30 days from date of invoice unless agreed in writing and payable to Sportex Clothing Company. Sportex Clothing Company will charge 2% interest per month on the amount outstanding on an account from the date due for payment until such time as payment Is received. In the event of an account being passed for collection, a further charge of 15% will be levied In addition to any legal charges payable.
4. Prices quoted are exclusive of delivery charges and VAT where applicable.
5. All goods are despatched via our nationwide carriers at the customer’s risk.
6. Shortages or damaged goods must be reported by telephone within 24 hours of receipt and confirmed in writing within 3 days of receipt.
7. Please remember to check all deliveries, as credit shall not be given for any garments which have been either embroidered, printed or processed in any other way. Goods despatched to a third-party are the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure goods are correct before embroidery, printing or processing.
8. Samples shall be charged at the single rate plus postage. All sample sales are final and non-returnable. Non -account holders samples must be prepaid.
9. Return of perfect goods will not be accepted without prior authorisation and shall be subject to a handling charge of 20% of the invoice value.
10. A tolerance of 5% +/- on measurements and 5% +/- on weight should be allowed.
